Cauliflower Cheese Bake

  • 2 cups frozen cauliflower

  • 4 oz cheese spread (yes, the jarred kind)

  • 1/2 cup butter

  • 1 tube butter crackers (I use Ritz crackers)

  1. Cook cauliflower and drain off excess water.

  2. Melt cheese spread and mix with cauliflower.

  3. Place cauliflower / cheese spread mixer in a lightly greased casserole dish.  Set it aside.

  4. Crumble up the crackers into small bits.

  5. Melt the butter and mix with with the crackers.

  6. Sprinkle cracker mix over the cauliflower.

  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
