  • 3 cups sugar

  • 8 TBS butter

  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk

  • 1 1/4 cups peanut butter

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 7 oz marshmallow creme

Note:  Do not use "natural" peanut butter as the natural oils in it will cause separation.


  1. Add sugar, butter and evaporated milk to a large pot over medium heat.

  2. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring often.

  3. Once boiling, boil for 1 minute.

  4. Lower the temperature to medium low and continue to boil for another 3 minutes (or until 236 - 238 degrees), stirring constantly.

  5. Remove from heat.

  6. Stir peanut butter, vanilla and marshmallow creme into the liquid sugar mixture until the mixture is totally smooth throughout.

  7. Pour peanut butter fudge into a 9 X 13 cake pan.

  8. Allow fudge to set completely at room temperature for about 4 hours (or in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours).

  9. Cut into squares and enjoy!!
